Role: Admin Assistant

 

Rate: Hourly rate - PAYE plus holiday pay

 

Location:
West London Highways Depot, Wraysbury Road, Staines, TW19 6HA (Main Office)

 

Work Hours:
42 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8-5

 

Start Date:
ASAP

 

End Date:
03/04/2025 (possible it may extend after this)

 

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel sometimes to the following sites is required; candidates must have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license:

 

  • M25 J23-27 NEAR - M25 J25 Milestone Compound, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, EN8 8EX
  • M25 J5-7/M20 Rooks Nest (Godstone Golf Course Entrance), Street Court, Godstone, RH9 8BY
  • M4 J10-12 Kirtons Farm Road, Reading, RG2 6AT
  • Reimbursement for mileage, tolls and parking is available but there is parking available at all other sites

 

Key Duties:

 

  • Data entry
  • Scanning, filing, and shredding of documents
  • Collation and organisation of online documentation
  • Email management, including ensuring no emails are missed
  • Assisting with raising requisitions
  • Data input tasks

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using printers and scanners
  • Effective email inbox management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle R12
  • Previous experience in construction (desirable but not essential)
